This is from Brian and Jennifer and we have both gone through club fittings with Steve Tolpa at The International Golf Course. I just wanted to forward some very positive feedback regarding our club fittings we had this year with Steve. He was always professional, extremely patient (can't stress this enough), and showed that he wanted to find the best fit for each of us and he wasn't just trying to sell clubs. What we both really got a lot of value from were the swing tips that Steve gave during the fitting. They were always spot on and caused instant positive results. I had a large issue with lost distance and with the two swing adjustments Steve suggested, I'm back were I should be and actually am longer with the new clubs and am hitting the ball straighter than I have in years. I feel very comfortable with the setup, shafts, and clubs that we selected. My handicap has come down 3 shots already and is continuing back to where I feel it should be. I feel that this is due to the "complete" fitting that Steve gave me.

While I very much enjoyed the fitting process and the interaction with Steve I think where he shined even more so was the fitting for my girlfriend. She was very apprehensive and nervous about being embarrassed. Steve instantly had her at ease and was focusing on making her comfortable. He gave her the attention and worked with her needs and questions. Jennifer and I do a lot of golf travel trips to some of the better courses in the country and we have encountered wide ranges in how they have treated her. She's a very much better than average golfer but a lot of places just make assumptions about women and that's too bad. At Sawgrass she was basically ignored by the caddies and almost treated as an afterthought which made for a very difficult day. Steve was completely focused on working with Jennifer to help her with her swing, find the right adjustments that would work for her,
and find the proper club combinations that would make her feel positive and comfortable. Steve really spent a long time watching her swing and helping her find what was comfortable. He tried many options and watched a lot of swings. In the end Jennifer came away very positive and she really enjoyed the process. Steve's personality and work ethic were the reason for this.

I just want to say that we both find Steve to be very personable, likeable, and genuinely interested in doing the best job he can for each individual. He really makes the fitting a very positive one in all aspects of the process. I have already mentioned this to other golf friends and will recommend Steve to anyone interested in a fitting.

I just wanted to let you know I received my new clubs last Friday. The weather finally cleared up enough yesterday to take them out for a test run. I shot even par with 2 eagle opportunities (missed because I haven’t received my new putter yet J). I had a 310+ yard drive on a par five and stuck my second shot on the green 25 feet from the hole with the new 4 rescue club. The very next hole was a 199 yard par 3 and I stuck it 20 feet away with the rescue club. I could go on and on about all the great shots I hit yesterday with my new R9’s, but I don’t have all day.

I would like to say Thank You for an awesome job you did fitting me with the right club head, shafts, etc….

I have already talked to 3 other guy’s that want to come down with me next year and get fitted. We will be coming down the same time I did this year (I went out and played Torrey Pines Sunday while everyone else was watching the super bowl). Two of them played with me yesterday and were in total amazement on how well I played. They also were super impressed by the way the clubs sounded when I would hit a shot. They said it sounded solid not void like other clubs.

I was excited about going to the Taylor Made Performance Lab to see my swing and purchase custom clubs. My wife, who just started to play golf 4 months ago was very skeptical. Although she needed her own clubs, (she had been using old borrowed clubs) she thought she should wait for "good" clubs until she had a "swing". Well, once there at the lab and she saw her swing in 3 dimension from all angles she was convinced she had made the correct choice.

After the evaluation, we tested the recommended clubs on the driving range and the improvement was immediate. The new clubs felt great. There was better ball contact and improved ball flight.

We have used the new clubs for 2 weeks. My index has gone down 2 strokes after just 4 rounds and my wife has become a golf fanatic. She is excited about how much improvement she has seen in her game. She's always urging me to go to the club to practice or play a few holes after work.

I wanted to again thank you and everyone at the Taylor Made Performance Lab for the great time I had at the Performance Lab.  It was a learning experience that every one who enjoys the game of golf should schedule.  The lessons I received on improving my swing to help minimize back pain has been a great benefit, and was also unexpected.

I received my clubs this past weekend and they fit perfectly.  I did not have to make any adjustments to my swing, just play.  I immediately started hitting them better than my old clubs, especially the driver.  The set up is exactly what I was looking for, a ball flight that eliminates the left side of the golf course.  I also hit this driver farther than my old driver, also unexpected.

My son, John, who plays on the Tight Lies Tour (and uses Taylor Made Equipment), is in New Mexico for the next few weeks.  As soon as he gets back I will try to have him schedule some time to come to the Performance Lab.

I will keep in touch.  Again, I highly recommend golfers attend the Performance Lab if they are interested in improving their game.

Just wanted to say thanks again for giving me the opportunity to be the first to attend your new TaylorMade Performance Lab at Grand Cypress Resort. As you recall, I had my session with Travis Kent on June 2. My home course handicap when I came to you on June 2 was 21. It is now down to 16 after only 8 weeks since my fitting. The new clubs are much easier to hit and are much more accurate. I can't say enough about the R7 Superquad Driver. I used to slice uncontrollably and now I very seldom ever miss the fairway. I took my new R7 TP’s out for their maiden voyage this past weekend and what a day it was! Six birdies and I missed a hole in one by about an inch. Mind you, all of the birdies were tap in birdies as well. Not a putt over 2 feet in the bunch! At the end of the day, my 76 could have easily been a 73 or 74 minus one errant OB drive and a lazy missed two foot putt for birdie. I love these things….I can’t wait to get them dialed in. My buddy’s wallets are going to be a lot lighter in the coming months!!! Thanks again!

I have just completed a lesson at Taylormade performance lab at Reynolds Plantation, Georgia.

This is by far the best golf experience I have had in many years. The input I got from the system and instructor was incredible. I have never seen or tried a system that will give you exact measures of what you should do, to hit the ball more straight and consistent. I will advice every golfer I meet to try it, if they get a chance. Now I am from Denmark, unfortunately there is no TMPL available in Denmark at the moment. Are you planning to bring more TMPL to Europe? If you are looking for people to promote TMPL in Denmark, I would be more than interested.

I want to thank you again for last January's club fittingand the time spent on the practice tee. My handicap has gone from 12 down to 8 (or even less now). I played in the second flight of our club championship this past weekend and reached two of my goals....be in the final group and give
myself a chance to win. I was not able to pull a Tiger and finish the deal with a birdie on the final
hole to win, but two back to back scores of 80 was good enough to finish second by a shot. My score was also good enough to finish second in the 1st flight. Championship flight was out of the question.

I am writing to share my experience that I had at the Four Seasons Avaria Performance Lab
on August 8, 2007. Im a world where only criticism seens to get noticed (certainly in my profession)
I thought it might be refreshing to let you know what an outstanding employee you have working
for you and representing your golf company.

I was in Carlsbad on vacation this past week and in my never ending quest to find a putter I
ended up learning via website about the Performance Lab. I am a 1.8 index who averages
34.8 putts per round, pitiful I know. In a world of driver fittings and long drive amazement
the putter is in my opinion the most important club in the bag yet finding custom fitting and
spec options is almost impossible by most companies except yours. MATT technology is
simply amazing and I only participated in a putter fitting. I can only imagine what a full swing
fitting would be like.

Back to my fitting at Avaria. I was greeted by Joey Farrow who took the time to listen to my
concerns and explained the options he had at his disposal to remedy them. After some time
retrieving my data I learned that I was actually driving the ball into the ground with a negating
launch angle. After Joey conducted several trial and error loft/lie adjustments I was dialed in
with loft, lie, and ultimately length and headweight using MWT. I have particiapted in several
other club fittings by others in the golf industry which usually turns into a session of me listening
about what a great ball striker the fitting guy is, while ignoring me. Not the case with Joey.
I wanted to let you know what a shining star you have working for you. Joey is very knowledgable about golf clubs and meets his customers needs. I am now the proud owner of a Tourismo with
5.5* loft, 66* lie angle, 34", with 12 gram weights.

I just wanted to say that I had an opporturnity to go through the club fitting process this past Saturday 1-5-07 at the Grand Cypress in Orlando.

To say the least, the technology is unbelievable!

I wanted to express my thanks to Travis Kent, the manager of the facility. With Travis' guidance, we identified all of my swing characteristics and ordered a complete set of Taylor Made clubs. At long last, I'm going to have clubs that match up with me.

I've been somewhat away from the game for about three years and I now look forward to working on my game. I'll have the right tools.

I'm of the opinion that any regular / weekend golfer should consider taking advantage of attending a performance lab if at all possible.

The good news is that I finally broke away from the office to hit some balls...a lot of balls. I love the
clubs! They are perfect. I had to readjust my swing because of too many bad habits of forcing my old clubs to work properly. So now I just stand up and hit it. What a great feeling not having to "think" about every swing.

I'm still fading my driver about 15-20 yds but I think I just need to hit it more. In the fitting, Joey
discovered that I had a completely different swing when it came to the driver so I'm going to work on
keeping it the same with all the clubs and see how it works. But the fairway woods were so easy to hit and great trajectory. I was really impressed with the way they felt.

Not to mention the weight of the clubs was so much better than my old set. I hit about 100 balls and this time I wasn't dying to rest afterwards. You guys really know what you're talking about when it comes to the golf swing and matching up the correct clubs. I can't thank you enough for such a great opportunity. Wow! It's such a nice feeling to be able to just hit it without stress.
